The in-Step PRINCE2 Edition for PRINCE2:2009 offers you everything you need for the successful realization of the British project-management method PRINCE2: templates for guaranteed PRINCE2-compatible management products, safe versioning of all results and current schedule and budget information. The in-Step PRINCE2 Personal Edition is almost identical to the in-Step PRINCE2 Edition. The central difference is of a technical nature:

• The in-Step PRINCE2 Personal Edition is for use on your own workstation and single-user operated. The installed software and your project data must be located on your workstation.
• The in-Step PRINCE2 Edition is for multi-user operation on a LAN and the Internet. It is a team tool, meaning all project users can access the centrally managed project data and versioned project results.

You can use the in-Step PRINCE2 Personal Edition for free for an unlimited time. When you first start the software - after installing it - it is activated. To perform this one-time task, you will need a working Internet connection.

The PRINCE2 Edition comes with objectiF inside for graphical requirements management.

Please note: Due to technical reasons in-Step Personal Edition and objectiF Trial Edition can not operate side by side. Though you can still work with Personal Editions from in-Step and objectiF on one workstation.
