microTOOL GmbH from Berlin is pleased to offer anyone who is interested in October and November 2014 opportunities to chat about the procedural standards PRINCE2 and V Model XT as well as best practices in projects.
On the first community day on 31st of October 2014 in the atrium of the Hotel Mainz, meetings, experience exchanges as well as networks and setting impulses are the focus. Whether theoretically or concrete – it is about the exciting themes of best practices in projects. These include PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, P3O, SmartPM, AgilePM and Mgmt3.0.

The event wants to point the way: for more collaboration and less individual struggles in project management. The “mover community” moves people into the focus through exchange, mutual support and real networking. “Project managers have to implement ideas and innovations against numerous resistances. We want to find paths and responsibilities to achieve improvements more easily,” says Michael Schenkel.

Thomas Kästle from Tesat Spacecom and Mirko Pracht, head of consulting at microTOOL will present a practical report together at the event entitled “TOPxt – developing with V Model and in-STEP”. “An ideal opportunity to get first-hand experiences,” says Michael Schenkel.
