Experience PRINCE2 and V-Modell XT with microTOOL

microTOOL GmbH from Berlin is pleased to offer anyone who is interested in October and November 2014 opportunities to chat about the procedural standards PRINCE2 and V Model XT as well as best practices in projects.

On the first community day on 31st of October 2014 in the atrium of the Hotel Mainz, meetings, experience exchanges as well as networks and setting impulses are the focus. Whether theoretically or concrete – it is about the exciting themes of best practices in projects. These include PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, P3O, SmartPM, AgilePM and Mgmt3.0.

“The participants can look forward to an intensive, collegial dialog, to inspiration and to new ideas,” says Michael Schenkel from microTOOL GmbH. The event wants to point the way: for more collaboration and less individual struggles in project management. The “mover community” moves people into the focus through exchange, mutual support and real networking. “Project managers have to implement ideas and innovations against numerous resistances. We want to find paths and responsibilities to achieve improvements more easily,” says Michael Schenkel.

ANSSTAND e.V. is pleased to invite those interested to the V Model experience exchange on November 6th 2014 in the Maternushaus of the conference center of the archdiocese of Cologne. All users and people interested in the V Model can have reflect on the proven successes as well as having a look into the future to the motto of “ten years of V Model XT – what’s new?”.

Decision makers from the areas of quality management and quality assurance, project management, system analysis, system design and user system development are invited to an intensive experience exchange. There will be representatives of the Federal German Management Agency, Technical University Clausthal, Siemens AG, the East Bavarian Technical University, TÜV Information Technology, msg systems, the Federal German Institute of for IT Services, ZIVIT, Tesat Spacecom and microTOOL.

Thomas Kästle from Tesat Spacecom and Mirko Pracht, head of consulting at microTOOL will present a practical report together at the event entitled “TOPxt – developing with V Model and in-STEP”. “An ideal opportunity to get first-hand experiences,” says Michael Schenkel.
