The CON•ECT event management agency invites IT users from industry and public authorities to the event “New Software Trends – Agile Development – Agile Teams – ALM” hosted at the Microsoft branch in Vienna on the 22nd of September. The agenda focuses on the topics “Agile”, “ALM” and “Mobile”. Ursula Meseberg, Managing Director of microTOOL GmbH, introduces a process with which microTOOL managed to align iterative requirements elicitation with the development of mobile business applications in her talk titled “Agile for Mobile”.
The event will provide a closer look at techniques for software developers to tackle the currently requested high speed development. microTOOL shows ways to develop mobile applications even if there are no clear requirements of any stakeholders yet. Based on the IDEA-cycle, introduced by the Forrester Research Group, an agile process was defined that enables iterative and incremental development.
Further presentations will be given by Gerwald Oberleitner of Microsoft, Maximilian Hantsch-Köller of Frequentis AG, Dr Wolfgang Prentner of ZTP IT-Ziviltechnikergesellschaft as well as Monika Kotrba and Dr Ralph Miarka of sinnvollFÜHREN GmbH. Project Managers, Business Process Modelers, Requirements Engineers, Designers, Quality Managers, Software Architects, Application Managers, Developers and System Analysts are invited to come. microTOOL also supports the event as a sponsor.
