PRINCE2 regular meetup on April 12, 2016 in Berlin

microTOOL GmbH, a project management and requirements engineering software producer, invites you to attend the regular PRINCE2 meetup in Berlin this April. The event is organized in cooperation with the Best Practice User Group Deutschland (BPUG). In July 2015 the holder of the rights, AXLEOS, published an extension to PRINCE2 British project management methodology: “PRINCE2 Agile”. PRINCE2 users can look forward to many new impressions at the event, taking place on April 12, 2016 at 18.00. There they will have the possibility to discuss PRINCE2’s latest developments.
How “agile” has PRINE2 become? How will it be used in the real world? And how can PRINCE2 Agile add value to your company? In answering these questions we hope to encourage a discussion based on users’ practical experiences. After the welcome by Michael Schenkel, head of marketing at microTOOL, Steffen Wendel, chairman of the BPUG Deutschland e.V., will outline the BPUG’s goals and activities. Thereafter attendees can look forward to a talk by Wolfgang Ksoll entitled “PRINCE2 Agile–do we need it?” Ksoll is a well-known and experienced management consultant. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during the event and exchange ideas. The evening will be topped off with refreshments—a great opportunity for some networking.
