Transition of Executive Management at microTOOL GmbH

As of April 1st, 2020 Dipl. Inform. Enrico Fritz will be assuming executive management of Berlin-based microTOOL GmbH. Previous managing directors and company founders Ursula Meseberg and Bernd Nawrot will remain owners of the company. They founded microTOOL GmbH in 1984, introducing software products to market such as case/4/0, objectiF, in-STEP BLUE, objectiF RPM and objectiF RM that support users in analysing and modelling structures, project management and requirements engineering. Meseberg and Nawrot will continue to support the company with their many years of knowledge about processes and methods. Ursula Meseberg will also continue to represent microTOOL with talks and presentations at conferences and professional events.
The new managing director Enrico Fritz has been with microTOOL GmbH since 1998. Initially engaged as a student assistant in the development department while he studied computer science at TU Berlin, he went on to become head of customer support in 2002. In July 2004, he moved to the sales department, which he has led since 2013.
Enrico Fritz commented on his new position as follows: “Particularly now, during the COVID-19 crisis, the importance of continuity, dependability and indeed flexibility is demonstrated. microTOOL GmbH is economically well-positioned, has first-class employees and great customers. After many years of carrying responsibility for sales, consulting and customer care, I am now pleased to assume overall responsibility for the company.”
