As part of maintenance, we offer support in the installation of objectiF RM and also for its use. You can contact our support team Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00 CET via the phone on 030/467086-20, or via email at service@microtool.de.
As a microTOOL user, you have an active influence on the further development of our product. Just tell us your requirements! We normally offer two new versions of objectiF RM Versionen each calendar year. The new features are documented in hand books, change logs and in the online help. When a new version becomes available, we will inform the agreed-upon contact person and send the new features via email as .msi or .msp files. New versions do not have to be installed, because updates are also possible via multiple releases. The migration of existing data is achieved simply with the press of a button.
